This was a new brand for a mountain biking club based in Australia which had found Bloke Branding through word of mouth. The client has been eager for years to start his own mountain biking club and to put his emotions and what this means to him in his brand through visual communication.
To create a meaningful and strong brand for the mountain biking club Broken Arrow while upholding the emotion within the brand that the client wanted.
A new illustrative logo matching the clients emotions and dedication to cycling. Cycling apparel matching the clients needs and a water bottle design for the whole team which could also be given to supporters.
What started out as a simple logo request, had soon turned into more than just that. Bloke recognised and co-ordinated with the client to get to the many more challenges that needed facing. We helped the client realise their goals for the brand by visually communicating the emotion and feeling that the owner experiences. To overcome the challenges we created an entire new brand from top to bottom.
Defining the brand creates an objective roadmap and a decision filter for the client to make the correct choice for the new company. This was important to keep the brand consistent and focused going into the future while upholding the client goals and tone through the brand message. During the defining we recognised that that a cluster of words kept grouping together, trust, serenity, adventure, strength and dedication. This had led us to the creative tone seen throughout the project.
Once a creative tone was set matching the client goals, the team quickly went to work to capture this new brand identity system. Working together with the client we then created the new illustrative logo and apparel to consistently represent the client's vision in an inspiring way.
